FALL 2024 EVALUATIONS

DATES: Tuesday, August 20th and Thursday, August 22nd 

WHERE: Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center

AGE: Boys and Girls Grades 5th – 8th

TIME:

7:00 – 8:00 PM | GIRLS

8:00 – 9:00 PM | BOYS

TRYOUT DETAILS:

• Please arrive, at minimum, 10 minutes prior to your session.
• You will receive a tryout tee shirt and a tryout number upon arrival. Please be prepared to bring your tryout shirt and number back for your second tryout.
• Please bring a basketball labeled with your child’s name and a water.
• We highly encourage players to attend both tryout dates, but one is sufficient and will not affect your child’s team placement.
• You will hear from our Swarm Staff within one week of the tryouts regarding your child’s team placement.

FALL SEASON INFORMATION:

• The season will run for 10 weeks from the week of September 9th through the weekend of November 17th.
• Teams will practice twice per week at our home gym, Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center in Manassas.
• The season will consist of local weekend games in the Northern Virginia area.
• Teams are offered for boys and girls, entering grades 5th-8th.
• All Swarm coaches are background checked and have completed Abuse Prevention Training prior to coaching.
