Why Swarm?

Our program aims to teach players the game of basketball through fundamental skills. In addition to teaching fundamental skills, we will guide our players to reach their highest potential as an individual player as well as a teammate. Players will understand terms such as respect, hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and commitment. In the end, it's our hope that each player will get maximum growth as a player and a person; and additionally, grow to love this great game of basketball.

Swarm System

Developed by former college coaches, our Swarm System has been designed to maximize the potential of our athletes while creating consistency throughout our program. Each coach emphasizes the importance of fundamental work while exposing their players to high level skills and drills when appropriate. We believe that mastering the fundamentals is paramount and is the foundation to any great basketball player. At the Swarm, we have a unique method of incorporating skill sessions with team, strategy, and conceptual instruction. We approach skill work with focus and enthusiasm, stressing to our players that development takes time and commitment. The vast majority of our coaches have extensive playing and coaching experience, some at the professional and collegiate level. We attribute our unparalleled player retention rates to our system and our drive to provide the best basketball experience for our players and families.

College Placement

We are committed to helping every athlete in our organization achieve his or her goals while in our program and beyond. Many of our players aspire to play college basketball and we are committed to working with our players and families to find the best college fit for each student-athlete. We currently have players at the NCAA Div. I, II, and III levels at a wide range of academic institutions across the country. Our coaches and directors are frequently in touch with prep school, junior college, and college coaches.

Cincinnati Swarm was founded in the spring of 2019. It provides AAU Basketball to boys and girls grades 3rd through 12th in the general Northern Cincinnati area.
